01. How much are tickets?

Earlybird tickets are currently priced at £99 and includes attendance to the all activities on the day; plenary speakers, workshops, talks and lunch.

02. Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes it is. The Ashford International Hotel is fully accessible. Parking is also available to blue badge holders.

03. What are the important times for the day?

The event runs from 8.30am – 3.30pm; all speaker times can be found on the detailed agenda.

04. Can I travel by public transport?

One of the reasons we picked The Ashford International Hotel as the venue for The Wellbeing Symposium is due to its fantastic location, ideally located just off Junction 9 of the M20 and near to Ashford International Railway Station with links into London.

There is plenty of allocated parking on site, for free, at The Wellbeing Symposium 2018.

07. Can I buy tickets on the door?

No. All tickets must be purchased prior to the event via eventbrite. If you have a question about buying tickets, please get in touch with us on 01622 684407.

08. Will I get lunch?

Yes, a healthy lunch will be served on the day. Refreshments will also be available upon arrival and throughout the day. For special dietary requirements please contact the team via our contact form.
