01. How much are tickets?

Tickets are £99 and can be purchased online via eventbrite. The ticket price includes attendance to the all activities on the day (plenary speakers, workshops, talks)

02. Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes it is. The Augustine Hall is fully accessible. Parking is also available to blue badge holders.

03. What are the important times for the day?

The event will begin at 9am and finish at 4pm. There will be a detailed agenda released ahead of the event, featuring an itinerary for the day.

04. Can I travel by public transport?

Yes, we are located in Canterbury city centre, adjacent to Canterbury East railway station and opposite the bus station. There are also three Park and Ride options:  Wincheap Park and Ride (CT1 3TY), New Dover Road Park and Ride (CT1 3EJ) and Sturry Road Park and Ride (CT11AD). 05. Is there parking on site?

Sadly, no. There is no public parking except for that allocated to blue badge holders. The nearest car parks are Watling Street Car Park and Holman’s Meadow Car Park.

06. Can I talk at the event?

All speaker slots have been allocated for 2017. However, if you would like to find out about any further opportunities for The Wellbeing Symposium 2017 or 2018, please contact us on 01622 684407.

07. Can I buy tickets on the door?

No. All tickets must be purchased prior to the event via eventbrite. If you have a question about buying tickets, please get in touch with us on 01622 684407.

08. Will I get lunch?

Yes, a healthy lunch will be served on the day. Refreshments will also be available upon arrival and throughout the day. For special dietary requirements please contact the team via our contact form.

Tickets

Please note this is an all ticketed event, tickets are available through Eventbrite only. It will not be possible to purchase tickets on the day.

Noise

Please respect all speakers and keep all noise to a minimum as well as mobile phones on silent when they take to the main stage. It goes without saying, your fellow delegates will want to hear what is being said too.

Doors will open at 9am with the event running until 4pm on Wednesday 22 February 2017.
